What BargainEZ.com is

BargainEZ.com ("The Site") is an online provider of deal information designed to help people find deals for online merchants as well as in-store discounts, sale events and discounted products and services. The Site is owned and operated by Intersynq Inc. (Intersynq), with offices at 244 5th Ave, P286, New York, NY 10001.

By accessing The Site you agree to abide by the following terms of service ("The Terms", "Terms") and by the Privacy Policy. If you are under 13 years of age or if you do not agree to be legally bound by the following terms, please no longer access The Site.

Intersynq Inc. may change The Terms for The Site at any time. If you continue to use The Site once The Terms have changed, you agree to abide by the new rules set forth in the updated Terms. You should periodically visit this page for an update in The Terms.

What BargainEZ.com is not

BargainEZ.com ("The Site") is not an online merchant nor is it a voucher buying website. The Site has established relationship with some of the merchants featured on the website and The Site may receive compensation from some merchants for certain purchases made as a result of visitor traffic sent by The Site.

The Site has no control or authority over the orders that you place on the merchant website or purchases you make in their stores. The Site is not responsible for any products or services purchased from merchants present on The Site.

Signing up

To sign up on The Site you must be at least 13 years of age, provide true and accurate information about yourself and maintain this information true and accurate throughout your use of The Site. The Site reserves the right to terminate your account at any time if it suspects that the information you have provided is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete.

Security

Upon signing up, you may be required to provide a password to access The Site. If you sign up using a 3rd party website, you do not have to provide a password during sign up, however you can set up a password at any time from your Profile. If you do not take this step, you will only be able to access your account on The Site by signing in using the 3rd party website.

Your initial sign up will subscribe you to the mailing list for The Site. You may receive periodical emails from The Site, to which you can unsubscribe at any time using the Unsubscribe link in the footer of the email.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account password, as you are liable for any actions taken on The Site using your account. Accounts may not be transferred, auctioned or sold. If an unauthorized party has access to your account, contact us.

When signing in or signing up using a 3rd party website such as Facebook.com, Google.com or Yahoo.com, the 3rd party website will make certain data from your profile available to The Site. This information includes, but is not limited to, your first and last name, your email address, your location, your profile photos, your birth date and your gender. The Site may display this information on your public profile immediately after your sign up. If you do not wish to share this information, do not sign up or sign in using a 3rd party website. The Site may at any time change your username if it is deemed rude, hateful, racist or otherwise inappropriate. The Site may also change your username if it conflicts with an existing trademark or other plans for the URL that your username may conflict with.

Trademark

You agree that all of Intersynq's trademarks, trade names, service marks, and other logos and brand features, including "BargainEZ" and "BargainEZ.com", displayed on the Site ("Marks") are trademarks and the property of Intersynq. You agree not to display or use Intersynq's Marks in any manner without Intersynq's prior permission.

Content

By posting or contributing content to The Site you are granting Intersynq a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use your content in connection with the operation of The Site and its services, including, without limitation, (a) the license rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your content, and/or to incorporate it into a collective work, and (b) the right to sublicense any or all of The Site's license rights to others.

Intersynq does not pre-screen any contributed content nor does Intersynq regularly review all contributed content, however Intersynq has the absolute right (though not the obligation) to remove, without notice, any content posted.

By posting any content, you represent and warrant (a) you have all right, title, and interest to such posted content, including but not limited to any consent, authorization, release, clearance or license from any third party (such as, but not limited to, any release related to rights of privacy or publicity) necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the posted content, or (b) such posted content is in the public domain, or (c) your use of such posted content constitutes fair use. Intersynq makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for use of any offers, including, but not limited to, coupons, rebates, discounts, etc. posted on The Site or that any third party will honor or acknowledge any such offers, coupons, rebates, discounts, etc. posted on the Site. Intersynq is not responsible for providing any value for any offers, coupon codes, printable coupons, rebates, deals, discounts, etc. posted on the Site. Intersynq is not responsible for the change of information at third party sites/shops offers including but not limited to rebate information, pricing, shipping cost, availability or fitness for use. You understand that Intersynq does not and cannot review all material made available through websites linked or linking to any part of The Site. Intersynq does not warrant that The Site or any functions contained in Intersynq content on The Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that The Site or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or bugs. Copyright And Trademark Related Claim

It is expected that all users of any part of The Site will comply with applicable copyright laws. If Intersynq receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, our response to these notices may include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and/or terminating user Account(s), regardless of whether we may be liable for such infringement under United States law or the laws of another jurisdiction.

If your content was removed and you believe that it was not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner?s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notice using our contact form.

If a counter-notice is received, Intersynq may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days.
