What are coupons?

Coupons are discounts offered by stores. Online coupons generally come in the form of a coupon code, while in-store coupons are often known as printable coupons. Sale events and special offers may also be added as coupons, even if no coupon code or printable coupon is required to redeem the offer.

What are bargains?

Bargains are products or services at great prices. The price may be lowered as a result of a discount, a sale event or a coupon.

What are deals?

Deals are discounted gift certificates that one can buy for a limited time and redeem at a later date. Deals are generally made available for local businesses, although some deals are available nationwide. Popular source for deals include Groupon and LivingSocial.

What are posts?

Posts are little bits of information that BargainEZ members share publicly, regarding their shopping experiences, unboxing and ways to save money.

Can I edit an coupon/offer/post once I submit it?

Not at this time, we are looking to add this functionality in the near future. Meanwhile, if you have any corrections or additions to make to a post, please add a comment to it.

I represent a business, how do I add a coupon/bargain for it?

BargainEZ will be rolling out business accounts in the following months. In the meantime please create a personal account and submit your offers in that manner. Once the business account sign up becomes available, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your account to a business account.

Searching

How do I find a coupon or bargain for a store/brand?

The easiest way is to search for that store either on the search page or by typing it in the search field on the top right corner. Suggestions will pop up as you type the store name.

How can I monitor for a coupon for a store/brand?

If you are signed up, you can do so from the Plussed section under Your account. To subscribe to alerts for a store or brand, you must plus the store/brand first. Once you have plussed the store/brand, a checkbox underneath the logo will give you the option to subscribe to it (checked by default).

How can I get free shipping for a store/brand?

Free shipping would be available either in the form of a coupon or a special offer. Your best best is to search for the store name and browse that store's page for a list of all the available offers. Alternatively, you can browse the free shipping page for a list of all available free shipping coupons and bargains.

Where is my activation email?

If you haven't checked your junk mail yet, have a look, sometimes overzealous spam filters can trap our activation email in there. If you still can't find it, drop us a message, we'll be in touch with you and send you a new activation email.

How can I close my account?

That bums us out. Use our contact form to express your intention to close your account. Include only the email address that is connected to your account; you will be sent further instruction for closing that account at that address.
