Professional cirque performers demonstrate high-flying fitness techniques on apparatuses such as aerial silks, trapezes, hoops, and trampolines. They incorporate stretching and conditioning techniques into each class, training exercisers to hoist their own bodyweight. Children's classes are divided into groups of 6- to 10-year-olds and 11- to 18-year-olds, and a Monday Mommy and Me class is available for toddlers ages 3–5. Click here for a class schedule.

Airealistic Circus & Flying

While hanging upside down from sheets of suspended fabric, students at Airealistic Circus & Flying feel absolutely secure. Their teachers have the performance and safety expertise to guide them away from gravity's pull, and their resumés include stints with Cirque de Soleil, De La Guarda, and Franco Dragone productions. Like many of her fellow instructors, program director Carmen Curtis calls upon a gymnastics background to complement her cirque training, which she showcases as a member of Airealistic Theater Company. She also acted as dance captain for Franco Dragone's Le Rêve—a show specially arranged for the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas—and draws from those four years of choreographing experience to lead her aerial classes.

Inside the studio, staff members prioritize safety as they introduce kids and adults to aerial apparatuses and condors perching in the rafters. The trainers teach high-flying techniques on trampolines, trapezes, aerial silks, harnesses, and hoops, believing that one's choice of equipment reflects his or her own unique character. Their aerial and acro-yoga variations also embrace new levels of levitating balance in a noncompetitive setting. Each class incorporates a fitness component into its exhilarating routine, whether guests are lifting their own bodyweight or wrestling themselves into spandex unitards.
